DS45 - Our 45 minute class. Ds45 builds your base and gets you strong. Workouts always include strength & skill training followed by an interval workout. Learn, lift, and sweat!

DS30 - Our 30 minute class. DS30 is fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. Short, sweet, and super sweaty!

DSMOVE  - 30mins - Who is it for : someone who is new to this type of training (functional fitness), seniors, those returning from illness/injury, pregnant/postpartum mamas, even your kids!

DSBURN - This is our Saturday workout.

DSBURN is our special spin on fast-paced interval training. Every workout involves four different station rotations and typically last between 10-20 minutes. In BURN, you will work through each station for a short period of time then move to a new station. Workouts will always challenge you to push yourselves through the burn!
DSBURN is perfect if you are looking for high-energy interval training, want to focus exclusively on light conditioning, or need a quick workout!
